Formula

Adjusted Margin = Goal Difference + Handicap

Win (margin > 0): Return = Stake × Odds

Push (margin = 0): Return = Stake (refunded)

Loss (margin < 0): Return = 0

Quarter Handicap: Split into two equal half-bets on adjacent lines

Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly is an Asian handicap?

Asian handicap betting wipes out the draw by handing one team a goal head start or deficit. Born in Asian markets, it delivers tighter, more balanced odds and opens the door to refunds (pushes) on certain results.

What's a quarter handicap?

Quarter handicaps (0.25, 0.75, 1.25, and so on) split your stake evenly across two neighbouring lines. Take -0.75: half your money rides on -0.5 and half on -1.0. That’s how you can land a half-win or a half-loss.

What happens on a push?

A push lands on whole-number handicaps when the adjusted score finishes dead level — and your full stake comes straight back. On quarter handicaps, one half can push while the other wins or loses, leaving you with a partial return.

How do I read the handicap lines?

A negative handicap (say -1.5) means your team has to win by more than that margin. A positive one (+1.5) means your team can lose by less than that and you still collect. A zero handicap (0) is ‘Draw No Bet’ — a draw simply refunds your stake.
